Water

Water – H2O – essential for life.  We are made of water.  The human body is somewhere between 55-78% water (wikipedia).  Many would agree that we need around 2L of fresh water per day, although this may vary due to environmental factors, as well as activity and personal needs.

Don’t know what it is, but I am drawn to water.  Just love it.

I find it so calming, so peaceful….a beach vacation by the water is something I look forward to every year.  I crave the sounds of the water as it laps on the beach, or flows through a fountain.

…and there is something special about watching the sun set over the water at the end of the day.  It is so serene.
